Supervision
The BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy states that all counsellors, psychotherapists, trainers and supervisors are required to have regular and on-going formal supervision/consultative support for their work.
I provide clinical supervision to both qualified counsellors and counsellors in training.
Supervision sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly and last either 1 hour or 1.5 hours for individual one-to-one supervision.
I work to predominantly with a Person-Centred supervisory style, but also incorporate other models into my way of working depending on the developmental stage of each supervisee.
